"Duplicate Account Name. Supply a different Account Name" error when adding a user account in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC)

概要

When adding a user account in the WFBS-SVC web console the following error is encountered:

"Duplicate Account Name. Supply a different Account Name"

This error indicates that the account name already exists, or is being used by another Trend Micro customer.

Trend Micro account names should be unique for all accounts/sub-accounts. Use a different account name to successfully create the account.
