本文介紹如何將 Full Disk Encryption (FDE) 代理轉移到 Encryption Management For Microsoft Bitlocker
詳情
- 需要 Physical TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 1.2
- 代理上已啟用 Microsoft Bitlocker
請確認磁碟已透過 PolicyServer 或執行以下移除程式解密:
- 找到 C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Full Disk Encryption
- 執行 TMFDEUninstall.exe 檔案，將出現開始解密的訊息。
- 解密完成後，再次執行 TMFDEUninstall.exe 檔案，將出現開始移除的訊息。
- 重新開機一次以確保 Full Disk Encryption 的驅動程式已移除。
- 開啟以下Trend Micro Download Center網址
- 搜尋並點擊 Endpoint Encryption下載最新版本的 Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption Agents 。
安裝程式裡面有 Full Disk Encryption、File Encryption、Encryption Management for Microsoft Bitlocker。
- 下載後，執行 TMFDEInstall_MB.exe 以安裝 TMFDE Management for Microsoft BitLocker。
注意以下欄位:
- Server Name: FQDN/IP 位址: Port
- Enterprise: Policy Server 上的 Enterprise Name
- Username(使用者名稱)
- Password(密碼)
- 等待安裝完成。
